So I'm almost completely done with my freshmen year and I'm about to be a sophomore. I just have to get through the dreaded finals. Ugh. Oh well, they're necessary for college preparation.
Speaking of college, over the weekend I went to our senior's graduation ceremony. We're sending off the class of 2013, who were my first book buddies back in primary school. My first grade book buddy, one of the first people I befriended at Westlake, was our valedictorian this year. I am so proud of her, and I really look up to her. The entire class was fantastic, everyone loved the class of 2013. It included Thayer's older sister, who is pretty much my sister too. I'm going to miss them all very much, I can't wait to hear of their adventures out there in the world!
As for us soon-to-be-sophomores, we're in study mode. Er, most of us. There's always that one group of people who think they're fine and spend all their study time on their phones or watching movies. I'm serious about studying; the only reason I'm blogging right now is because I seriously need a break from the books.
Today's our last school day. The next will be finals days. Today we'll be having an awards ceremony in Theatre Arts and I really hope I get recognized for something. Everyone's been so supportive of me this semester, even the people I wasn't expecting to be, and I'm very thankful for that. I'm excited to support my classmates during the ceremony/party later.
Well, I'll update later with more details of the day. For now, I think I'll jam out to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and review Biology or English or something.
Later, skater!

Also, quick note: I'll be revealing my secret international excitement soon!
